Talk to us

One address, read by the people who build Osmos. There is no support rota and no ticket queue yet, so a reply comes from a person rather than a template — and we would rather say that than promise a response time we have not tested.

Where to write

Anything at all hello@withosmos.com — enterprise questions, something that will not connect, a bug, or a thing the product should do and does not.
Privacy and your data privacy@withosmos.com — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. There is no self-service export yet, so this is a person doing it by hand. What we store and how long for is on the privacy page.
Security reports security@withosmos.com — if you have found something, tell us before you tell anyone else and we will work with you. Include what you did, what you saw, and roughly when. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not go after other people's data.
Enterprise

Procurement, invoicing, and scale

Pro is self-serve and priced on the pricing page. Everything beyond it is arranged by hand, which is quicker if your first message says what you need.

How many people

Seats now and seats expected, and whether they sit in one organisation or several. Seats are people, not assistants — connect as many of your own as you like.

How you buy

Invoicing, annual terms, a purchase order, a particular currency — say which of these your finance team requires and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it yet.

What review you have to pass

A security questionnaire, a data processing agreement, a certification. Osmos holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA attestation today — the security page says what is enforced and what is not, so you can judge before a call.

Before you write

Two of the three most common questions are already answered, and the third is usually faster to try than to ask.

It will not connect

The connector has to be enabled in the specific project or chat, not only added in settings. Connecting your assistant covers that and the other three things that go wrong.

What happens to our data

Nothing you write is sent to a third party to make Osmos work. Privacy lists everyone who is involved and what each of them gets.

Is it worth trying first

Free covers one project with a few people, does not expire, and does not ask for a card. Most questions about whether Osmos fits are answered faster by an afternoon of using it.
